13. Design proofs, approvals & intellectual property
When you submit artwork or approve proofs, you confirm you have the right to use submitted materials and grant us a non-exclusive right to reproduce them for order fulfillment. We are not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement in customer-supplied artwork. See our Terms of Service for more detail.
14. Complaints & supervisory authority
