What we handle for you
Custom design & proofs
Provide artwork or instructions during or after checkout. We deliver a digital proof within 24–48 business hours once materials are received. Production starts only after you approve.
QR & digital links
QR codes may be static or dynamic depending on your product. Mobile page templates connect guests to menus, booking pages, social profiles, and more. Third-party destination content remains your responsibility.
Bulk & partner orders
Bulk pricing tiers apply to specified quantities. Partner and large orders may use separate invoicing with manual confirmation before processing. Prices listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
Payment & invoicing
Orders are paid in full before production begins. Invoices for custom, partner, or bulk orders are typically issued within 24–48 business hours when required.
Shipping & fulfillment
Rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Timelines are estimates — we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at order time.
Client portals
Subscription clients can update main links, manage One Hub button menus, request design changes for upcoming deliveries, and request monthly analytics — all from their tier portal on ataglance.store.

Orders, returns & custom work
Non-custom returns
Unused non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Custom orders
All customized products are final sale. Replacements or refunds apply only for manufacturing defects or production errors — claims within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before proof approval. Cancellations after approval may incur design or production fees. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Approved proofs
Once approved, your design is final. GLANCE is not responsible for errors in approved proofs — including spelling, layout, colours, or QR destination links.
