Welcome to GLANCE (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or purchasing from ataglance.store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.


1. General Conditions

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have provided consent from a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.


2. Products & Services

GLANCE offers both:

Standard products (non-custom personal coasters), and

  • Customized products (Signature QR coasters and branded items).

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display colors, finishes, and designs accurately; however, screen variations may result in minor differences from the final physical product.


3. Custom Orders, Proofing & Approval

Customized products require a formal production process:

  • Customers must submit artwork or design instructions at checkout or via email.
  • A digital proof will be provided within 24–48 business hours once all materials are received.
  • Production will not begin until written proof approval is received.
  • Once approved, the design is considered final.

GLANCE is not responsible for errors present in customer-approved proofs, including spelling, layout, color choice, or QR destination links.


4. Invoicing & Payment

Some custom or bulk orders may require:

  • A separate invoice,
  • Design service confirmation, or
  • Manual payment processing.

Invoices are typically issued within 24–48 business hours following proof approval.

Production begins only after invoice payment is received in full.


5. Pricing & Bulk Orders

All prices are listed in [USD/CAD — choose one] unless otherwise stated.

Bulk pricing tiers apply only to quantities specified and may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly approved.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.


6. Production & Fulfillment Timeline

Estimated timelines:

  • Fulfillment: 24–48 business hours after approval/payment
  • Customized orders: 3–7 business days for production and delivery (domestic)
  • Shipping times: May vary based on destination and carrier

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees.


7. Shipping

Shipping fees, carriers, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

GLANCE is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


8. Returns & Refunds

Non-Custom Products

  • Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Custom Products

Due to the nature of customization:

  • All custom orders are final sale.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided only for manufacturing defects or production errors.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, including photo documentation.


9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before proof approval and payment.
  • Orders canceled after approval or payment may incur production or design fees.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, designs, text, images, layouts, and product concepts—is the property of GLANCE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer; however, by submitting artwork you grant GLANCE permission to reproduce it solely for order fulfillment and marketing examples unless otherwise requested.


11. QR Codes & Digital Links

QR codes generated by GLANCE may be:

  • Static (non-editable), or
  • Dynamic (editable with subscription or service agreement).

GLANCE is not responsible for third-party website content linked through QR codes provided by the customer.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLANCE shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Misuse or improper handling of products

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLANCE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Customer-provided artwork
  • Trademark infringement
  • Improper use of products or QR content

14. Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.


15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting to the Site.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Toronto, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
