Welcome to GLANCE. By accessing or purchasing from ataglance.store, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them before using the website or placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By using this Site, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You may not use our products, services, or website for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

2. Products & Services

GLANCE offers three primary products:

  • NFC Smart Coasters — coasters with embedded NFC technology allowing users to tap a phone and access a digital link.

  • QR Coasters (Glance Signature) — branded coasters featuring a scannable QR code for instant digital access.

  • Writable To-Do Coasters — reusable coasters with a writable surface designed for visible reminders and daily notes. A marker is included.

Products may be offered as standard designs or customized versions with logos, artwork, or digital links.

All product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. While we strive to display colors and finishes accurately, screen variations may result in minor differences from the final physical product.

3. Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Customized orders follow a design approval process:

  • Customers must provide artwork or instructions during or after checkout.

  • A digital proof is typically provided within 24–48 business hours once all materials are received.

  • Production begins only after proof approval is confirmed.

Once approved, the design is considered final. GLANCE is not responsible for errors present in approved proofs, including spelling, layout, colors, or QR destination links.

4. Payment & Invoicing

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Certain custom, partner, or bulk orders may require a separate invoice or manual confirmation prior to processing.

Invoices are typically issued within 24–48 business hours when required.

5. Pricing & Bulk Orders

Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Bulk pricing tiers apply only to the quantities specified. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly approved.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.

6. Production & Fulfillment

Estimated timelines:

  • Design proofs: 24–48 business hours

  • Production: approximately 3–7 business days after approval and payment

  • Shipping: varies by location and carrier

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

GLANCE is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs or border processing delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Non-Custom Products
Unused non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, all custom orders are final sale.

Replacements or refunds may be issued only in cases of manufacturing defects or production errors. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before proof approval and production.

Orders canceled after design approval or payment may incur design or production fees.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, designs, text, graphics, layouts, and product concepts—is the property of GLANCE and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you grant GLANCE permission to reproduce it solely for order fulfillment and internal portfolio examples unless otherwise requested.

11. QR Codes & Digital Links

QR codes created by GLANCE may be static or dynamic depending on the product or service.

GLANCE is not responsible for the content or functionality of third-party websites linked through QR codes provided by customers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLANCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLANCE from claims or damages arising from:

  • Customer-provided artwork or materials

  • Trademark or copyright infringement

  • Improper use of products or linked digital content

14. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy available on the Site.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
